These Terms apply to the Site and general business communications only. The provision of managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, remote support, monitoring, incident response, or other professional services to clients is governed exclusively by separate written service agreements, statements of work, order forms, and related documents executed between Service Medic and the applicable client entity. Nothing in these Terms creates or modifies any obligation to provide services.
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and, if you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.
Subject to these Terms, Service Medic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your own internal business evaluation purposes, including learning about our services, contacting us, and accessing publicly available content.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Service Medic LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The "Service Medic" name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Service Medic LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any trademark, service mark, trade name, or logo of Service Medic or any third party.
Third-party company names, product names, service names, logos, trademarks, and service marks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. References to third-party businesses, vendors, platforms, or technologies are provided for identification, compatibility, informational, or descriptive purposes only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, or affiliation unless expressly stated in writing.
You may print or download a single copy of pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial informational use only. The Site and contact form are not emergency support channels and should not be used to report active security incidents, outages, account compromise, or other urgent service issues. Existing clients should use the designated support portal, ticketing process, or emergency contact procedures provided under their service agreement.
Any pricing, plan descriptions, calculators, estimates, service descriptions, response times, or availability information displayed on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not binding offers, guarantees, service level commitments, or promises to provide any specific service unless expressly included in a signed written agreement with Service Medic.
Fees, payment terms, cancellation rights, renewal terms, service levels, onboarding requirements, third-party licensing charges, taxes, and refunds are governed by the applicable written service agreement, statement of work, order form, or invoice terms. To the extent any Service Medic offering includes automatic renewal, recurring billing, or continuous service terms, those terms must be disclosed and accepted in the applicable service agreement or ordering process, not merely by viewing this Site.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, portals, or services that are not owned or controlled by Service Medic, including our client support portal. These links are provided for your convenience only. Service Medic has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by Service Medic of the linked site or any association with its operators.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site by contacting us and providing a written description of the issue. We will attempt to resolve the matter informally within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice.
